In case you receive any of our products in damaged or torn condition, we will replace the same with a new one in your next box or we can send the replacement within 7 working days. We will collect the package from your original delivery location. The intimation of the product quality should be given to us within 24 hours of receiving the box.

An order placed can be cancelled within one hour of placement only. To cancel your order, please email us at sales@tummypops.in with your order ID, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy: In case of orders delivered in damaged or torn condition, we first would send out a replacement. But if you don’t want a replacement, a refund will be initiated on explicit intimation from you within 72 hours of receiving the box.
